Thanks to Iyengar Yoga National Association of the United States for picking me to be the “Student Spotlight” for March 2017. In my interview, I got to talk about #propifyyourlife, a hashtag I started on Instagram to demonstrate prop use in yoga poses.

Practicing the Iyengar methodology specifically helps me to build new muscle memory and resist repetitive behavior, which is absolutely crucial when dealing with the effects of Cerebral Palsy.
